These are a few of the signature proteins that the chef at San Pablo Street Tacos tucks into fresh tortillas. True to Mexican culinary tradition, they’re always accompanied by cilantro, onions, lime, cotija cheese, and house-pickled jalapenos.

Since San Pablo Street Tacos opened its doors about two months ago, patrons have been getting their taco fix by ordering online for delivery, takeout, or curbside pickup. If you haven’t had a chance to try the tacos yet, order them in sets of two or three. The braised short rib, lamb birria, and Mexican garlic shrimp are just a few of your options—there are also mushroom and onion, cauliflower and beans, carnitas, chorizo, and green chili chicken tacos. Finish off your dish with some house-made salsa or a side of rice and beans.
